Hands and Feet

This little guy has been pushing and punching at me all day and night. He is strong, too. See those muscles popping up? Ryan calls him our little "Muscle Man". Ryan thought that he was flexing his muscles at Ryan to show him how strong he is.

These little guys have been marching around my insides as well. Marching, kicking, dancing, you name it, he does it! He feet look JUST like Jack's did in his ultrasound. Long. The Sturtevant toe gene is a powerful gene and my children may all end up with feet like their daddy.

I am ready to meet these little hands and feet. I am very accustom to their movements, but am anxiously awaiting to count fingers and toes in person, not on an ultrasound!

This

is what I have been doing. I am a super boring blogger these days. I primed my hallway, living room and dining room last weekend and hope to get real paint up there soon. Painting takes a long time when you can only do it during naps and after bedtime. Oh, and lugging a ginormous belly slows ya down just a wee bit.

So here is a brief update (ya know, for the grandparents):

We have moved into our new house 2 1/2 weeks ago. I still can not find my blow dryer. I have looked EVERYWHERE.

We still have a lot of unpacking/organizing to do.

Ryan had his Master's graduation ceremonies the first of May. Pictures of that to follow...

I am 30 weeks pregnant and feel ready to explode with my monster size baby.

I semi-failed my glucose testing, so now I have to follow a pretty strict no sugar diet. It is not fun and not something that a pregnant women should have to do. BUT my body is not adjusting to this new baby and I will follow the diet as to not create an even MORE enormous child.

Jack is only semi-sleeping in his toddler bed and I miss my wonderful sleep routine of his crib. 8:30-8:30 was a pretty sweet deal. Now, not so much. A week ago, toddler bed= arch nemesis. Now, toddler bed= tired mommy and boy.

Jack is 22 months old and talks ALL the TIME. He is super funny and likes to know what everyone is doing and where they are. He likes cars, trucks, animals and tormenting our cat. He also likes to snuggle with his mommy, which is my favorite.

SO... there is a brief update. One day I will post some of these pictures. One day I will not have a constant nesting urge. One day I may actually post semi-interesting blogs. But not today.

Nesting

My house is in boxes. It needs a few good layers of primer and paint...through out the WHOLE house. It needs to be scoured from top to bottom. It needs to be organized and orderly. It is driving me nuts. I want it all done. Yesterday.

Nesting.

It is taking over.
